The location was perfect: the main shopping centre and a shopping centre where within walking distance. Plus, the hotel was situated approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Main Square. The restaurant was pretty good for dinner, I tried delicious dishes. The breakfast had lots of food, like omelette and tea.

Good modern and stylish room, easygoing staff with a good customer service. Great location to be fair the car bringing us from the airport and beautiful little area.

Magnificent location near a train line, it's central. Old Town is a district that deserves exploring.

I was offered a room with absolutely gorgeous views of city. The location of the hotel was very central, adjacent to restaurants in the Jewish quarter, all the main attractions and the main square, the Jewish quarter and the shopping area. Also, Main Square was 2 km away.

Every time we stay in Krakow, like to stay here. It offers magnificent, particularly good location. The attached restaurant is pretty good place to hang out, with Fab food.

Had a fantastic 3 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the superior king room with modern design, showers, for instance. The location was particularly good for exploring this very comfortable area, very close to auschwitz due to Coronavirus, the two main tourist areas, easily walkable to both, and the restaurant on the Sunday evening.

Updated superior king room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Good size bathroom, and a storage and a chair. Amazing restaurant and exceptional service. Fabulous facilities, parking on site. Very central location, great place for discovering Krakow. 25 km to the airport.

Everything was high quality, even so a few employees were quite busy.

Loved it. The breakfast at the place was good hot for every taste. The location of the hotel was magnificent, to nearest tram station. Spent our evenings in nearby Pod Wawelem, especially when it was cold outside.

Superior king room included a storage space and a chair. Very very good breakfast, best ever had, with sausages, other meals too and beans. The hotel was placed in the very central location to the shopping malls. The service offered was exceptional. The staff was welcoming and perfectly fine.

The hotel was in an absolutely perfect and lovely location just next door to the railways, the Old Town and the Wawel Hill castle and main square and old town for what we wanted it for. The service was really great, including an efficient check-in.

Fairly clean and luxurious place, helpful and patient staff. Savoury breakfast to star a day with beans and yoghurt. Perfect central location, close enough to the main square of Krakow, many restaurants and cafes as well as historic sites and Schindler's Museum.

Truly exceptional place, it was perfectly clean and had friendly professional staff with a cheerful manner. The location in a very nice area was magnificent and absolutely perfect and there were the main shopping centre and a shopping centre nearby.
